This 9,000 sq. ft., two-story medical office expansion included 18 primary care exam rooms, one procedure room, one blood draw and processing space, clinical support space, registration and waiting area, and other clerical support space. Rockford’s team successfully managed the tight schedule and difficult existing conditions, completing the renovation of the second floor while the first floor was fully occupied.
