This project represents a monumental success among Meijer, Bergmann Associates, and Rockford. Together, we helped develop the 50-acre site and construct a more than 500,000-sq.-ft. distribution center. This was the result of our ability to execute the project quickly (within ten months), and as a design-builder, where designs were being completed as we were building.
The timeline demanded responsiveness and collaboration — this meant an additional 20,000, sq. ft. 2-story office building attached to the distribution center was designed simultaneously while we designed and constructed the distribution center.
