Rockford Construction was contracted by Keystone Community Church to build a new LEED-certified facility that would accommodate its growing congregation. The church sits on a 35-acre site in Ada, Michigan.
The facility includes a 6,000 sq. ft. sanctuary, coffee shop, offices, childcare center, teen area, and a full kitchen. The new church has a seating capacity of 500 people and 178 parking spaces with potential for expansion.
The Church received certification in 2005 and stands as the first LEED-certified church in the world. Rockford recently continued a second phase of the facility.
