Rockford Construction completed this 340-room project in partnership with Pepper Construction Group. The uniquely designed, 24-story hotel is enclosed by glass. An adjacent 750-space parking structure is also located on the hotel’s south side. The entire structure sits along the Grand River in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
JW Marriott represents luxury lodging at its finest. Every JW Marriott design is unique, requiring extensive collaboration between the architects and construction manager. In addition to more than 300 guest rooms, the finished project includes a 13,000 sq-ft ballroom, signature restaurant, destination lounge, health club, indoor pool, conference facility and business suites, and a rooftop helipad.
