The Grand Rapids Public Museum High School is the final of the three phases of the GRPS Museum project. This renovation project involves transforming a two-story museum building into an innovative educational facility that is composed of four traditional classrooms, seven multipurpose classroom spaces, and a grand hall while preserving the building’s historical elements and exterior.
The building serves as an ideal environment to support the mission of the museum schools to reimagine traditional curriculum into one that utilizes the museum, its artifacts, modern classrooms and high-tech labs for interactive problem-solving and active learning.
