Four Points by Sheraton

The renovation of downtown Tallahassee’s famous “round hotel” transformed the space into a Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel renovation, which now features 164 guest rooms with more than 7,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a full service restaurant and lounge, coffee shop and outdoor pool, included an extensive façade and window replacement.

In addition, the project became Tallahassee’s first LEED certified building and Four Points by Sheraton’s first LEED certified hotel. Energy saving features and an interior design focused on guest comfort has created a new landmark in urban Tallahassee.
