The location of a former nightclub, Rockford successfully transformed this site into a unique restaurant with an eclectic design — Butcher’s Union. The meat and whiskey restaurant is located in Grand Rapids’ West Side.
Many of the project elements were re-used, including the tin ceiling, which was repurposed from a renovated building one block away. A portion of the roof on the structure’s second floor was also removed to create an outdoor courtyard and seating area.
