Rockford Construction was involved in the construction of a new mixed-use, mixed-income development in downtown Grand Rapids.
The main floor consists of common space, a multi-purpose room for all tenants, and four market-rate apartments and future commercial lease space. Floors two and three consist of subsidized apartments.
Funding for this project was provided by MSHDA, in addition to brownfield TIF for classified soils.
