Tim brings a unique background having served as a construction superintendent for over a decade, now leading Rockford’s Procurement and Equipment Teams. Rockford’s non-exclusive procurement program leverages its annual project volume of $400+ million to achieve cost savings on equipment, materials and services for our clients. He works with local, state and regional trade contractors and equipment supplies to identify highly qualified vendors and secures the best up-front prices based on volume purchasing. Tim also negotiates shipping, handling and storage, when necessary.
