As President of Construction and Chief Operating Officer, and with more than 20 years at Rockford, Shane has been instrumental in many of the company’s largest and most complex projects. He oversees all construction activity by reviewing contracts, resolving challenges that may arise, representing the company from both a sales and community role, and developing key trade contractor and client relationships. Shane’s experience in all aspects of construction, from design and preconstruction through on-site management and warranty periods, is vital to the success of Rockford Construction. Additionally, his ability to fully integrate our real estate development, construction and property management teams is critical in the deployment of the One Rockford platform and achieving the highest level of service and performance for our team and our clients.
