As the Director of Safety & Risk Management, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the safety/risk management field for more than 15 years. Paul’s main goal is to manage a program that maintains a high level of safety awareness at all levels of management on every job site. He leads a full-time team, solely dedicated to ensuring safety in the field, developing site-specific safety plans, and clearly communicating all efforts to client stakeholders. He also coordinates all required safety and health training which ties in directly with our Superintendent Leadership Program.
