Jason Korzeniewski

Jason leads Rockford’s extensive preconstruction team, and personally has preconstruction experience on projects ranging from $100,000 to $150,000,000. He worked in the Chicago and New York markets prior to moving to Michigan. Jason brings real-world estimating and value engineering capabilities to the table while supporting a robust team dedicated to starting projects on the right foot. He takes pride in his ability to ensure projects are consistently purchased at or under budget. Jason brings a unique perspective to preconstruction, having served as both a construction manager and an owner’s representative. This multi-faceted experience helps him see all angles of a project, and deliver successful outcomes for a wide range of complex and challenging projects.
