Bob Van Rees boasts more than three decades of experience in the construction and facilities management industries. In his role as director of facilities management, Bob identifies new business opportunities, works alongside current clients on long-term planning efforts and capital improvement plans, and leads a team focused on conducting vendor management, maintenance programs, special projects and building assessments. Bob’s extensive experience in developing and executing a wide variety of facilities projects – coupled with his leadership skills – bring significant value to his work and the Rockford Property Management team.
