Rockford Construction recently completed the fit-out of a 213,000 sq. ft. warehouse to serve as a new plastic extrusion production facility. All new infrastructure was put into place and coordinated efforts took place with the Owner and their equipment vendors and contractors to make the facility ready to receive new equipment. All new locker room/breakroom and corporate office spaces were designed while construction of the production facility was taking place and construction was completed while the production facility began operations.
