Grand Valley State University’s new Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall equips the university’s expanding health campus to meet the changing needs of the medical community and provides students and faculty the tools to become thought leaders in their fields. The five-story 84,000-square-foot building houses spaces for interactive learning and interprofessional collaboration such as general classrooms, 17 teaching and research labs as well as a high-ropes course and gymnasium. Close to the “Medical Mile,” the building reflects the growing influence of the Grand Rapids community in the medical field and its commitment to providing top quality care.
