Our Team: Facilities Maintenance
By Caylie Peet, CTA
Rockford Property Management’s communities come alive through the inspiring stories that fill each space. We’re committed to providing our tenants with the high-quality service they deserve and to always being there for them when called upon. But none of these spaces would function without our team members, each of whom takes great pride in the work they do every day to serve our community. Over the next several months, we’ll be introducing you to the entire Rockford Property Management team.
Facilities Maintenance
With more than 100 years of combined experience in maintenance and construction, our facilities maintenance group is the driving force behind our team. Without this group, we wouldn’t be able to successfully service our more than 2.6 million sq. ft. of space across West Michigan. In every aspect of their daily routines, members of this team strive to ensure that our tenants have one less thing to worry about.
“Our team takes great pride in what they do,” said Joel Kozlowicz, facilities manager for Rockford Property Management. “We have an extensive preventative maintenance program in place. From heating and cooling to safety items, our program covers everything.”
“We understand life happens, and sometimes things break, but we make sure issues are addressed quickly and with great care.”
Joel Kozlowicz, Facilities Manager
In addition to the preventative maintenance program, our team is committed to being green and making eco-friendly changes. We employ single-stream recycling at all our communities, compost at our home office and participate in the Energy Star program (a joint program of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy).
Without our facilities maintenance team, Rockford Property Management would not be able function at the highest level. In every area we serve, we have you covered.
