Rockford was responsible for the renovation of an existing 68,000 sqft. warehouse to serve as Meijer’s new nut processing and packaging facility. The project was broken into two portions: the manufacturing renovation, designed by Hixson, and the office renovation, designed by Lott3Metz Architecture.
Tight timelines, including full demolition and remodel of the office space in just under four weeks, and phased turnovers of the manufacturing area were encountered on this project. Rockford’s ability to coordinate with multiple design firms and end user groups allowed for a successful project, turned over on time and within the construction budget.
