This project involved the new construction of a patient-care facility in Rockford, Michigan. The Spectrum Health Integrated Care Campus sits on a 4.5-acre lot offering primary care, radiology, endoscopy, laboratory, and rehabilitation services in a 30,000+ sq. ft. two-story building. The overall effort required more than 40,000 cubic yards of material export, completed on-time and on-budget. Additionally, the Rockford team worked with the design team to reconfigure and expedite the building structure and was able to complete a majority of the weather-sensitive systems prior to winter. This was critical in maintaining schedule and avoiding costly winter conditions.
