Reserve was created out of space from the historic Commercial Savings Bank, inspiring unique use of the bank’s vault to house the wine cellar and preserving the original plaster molding and marble wainscoting. Rockford helped build space for the custom-made cruvinet wine system, which allows Reserve to dispense over 100 wines by the glass.
The building blends local with historical, modern with classic in many ways, from furnishings and interior design to the food itself. The world-class menu fully embraces the farm-to-table philosophy. Boasting one of Michigan’s most extensive charcuterie bars, Reserve delivers meats and cheeses from around the world – as well as several regional favorites.
