Poinciana Gardens

Opening in spring of 2018, Poinciana Gardens Senior Living will be a new, three-story facility on a two-acre portion of Poinciana Plaza in Key West, FL. The facility, to be owned by the Key West Housing Authority, will have 108 total residential units, and will include 48 licensed assisted living units and 60 supported independent living units. Amenities include a large gathering/living room, two dining rooms, arts and crafts room, physical therapy room, multi-purpose room, meditation terrace, landscaped courtyard, community garden and wrap-around lanai.
