Iron Restaurant

This project involved the renovation of existing space into a unique restaurant atmosphere featuring upscale, midwestern homecooking. In addition to a dining area and bar, the restaurant boasts a 275 sq. ft. "wood shed" which is a year-round, heated and cooled event space. Construction was completed through tough winter conditions and tight site logistics, which included construction traffic from a large performance arena, adjacent to the site.
