First as legal counsel and then as Chief Operating Officer, Kurt manages risk and builds trust. Now, as Chairman, Kurt provides oversight of both Development and Construction.

Managing Partner of Real Estate Development
For Rockford Development Group, Mike utilizes his more than 10 years of experience to manage all aspects of the real estate development and investment process including equity & debt financing, leasing, project management, and owner’s representation.
As Vice President, Michael is able to leverage his passion for building lasting relationships by leading Rockford’s business development efforts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Vice President of Multi-Unit Housing
Adam is a leader in the industry for student housing, apartments, hotels, condominiums, and senior living facilities, with a deep understanding of product efficiency for these types of multi-unit projects. Adam also oversees Rockford's preconstruction and planning teams to expand the services and value they bring to our development and construction clients.
Vice President of Education
After more than 20 years in the construction industry, Dan has developed a passion for creating best-in-class learning environments. His oversight of Rockford’s education work will ensure every classroom, laboratory, or gymnasium is open in time for the school year.
Business Development, Project Executive
Matt is a business development project executive. Focused primarily on the Southeast region of Michigan, Matthew will be responsible for business development efforts, fostering client relationships, and increasing new business opportunities.
Vice President of Industrial
With a Six Sigma Black Belt and SQF certification, Dan brings the best of construction practices to food processing, industrial, and major manufacturing clients.
Ken offers a broad range of project management, financial management, and architectural design skills. His experience includes overseeing projects ranging from $25,000 - $35 million, specializing in design/build relationships.
Project Executive, Healthcare / Community Development Director
A Grand Rapids native, Bradford brings decades of experience in the healthcare industry and real estate development. Combined with his passion for community service, he leverages Rockford’s construction and development platforms to support healthier and more engaged neighborhoods and cities.
Project Executive of Meijer
Dave leads Rockford's Meijer Inc. team, rolling out multiple locations across the United States. With 15 years of construction experience, he ensures quality, provides leadership and value to clients.
Vice President of Southeast Region
As Vice President for Rockford’s Southeast Regional Office, Eric is responsible for business development, fostering client and subcontractor relationships, and supporting Rockford's growing footprint in the region.
Senior Project Manager of Retail
Darren has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry working in 26 different states and 3 countries. His extensive knowledge has proven to be a great asset to Rockford's retail team.
