Brad leads community engagement strategies, bringing more than 15 years of real estate experience, building sustainable communities that meet the needs of stakeholders while improving the well-being and quality of life for neighborhoods.
Vice President of Multi-Unit Housing
Adam is a leader in the industry for student housing, apartments, hotels, condominiums, and senior living facilities, with a deep understanding of product efficiency for these types of multi-unit projects. Adam also oversees Rockford's preconstruction and planning teams to expand the services and value they bring to our development and construction clients.
Project Executive - Education
After more than 20 years in the construction industry, Dan has developed a passion for creating best-in-class learning environments. His oversight of Rockford’s education work will ensure every classroom, laboratory, or gymnasium is open in time for the school year.
Project Executive - Healthcare
An ASHE member with more than 15 years of experience, Dan has successfully managed complex healthcare construction projects like surgical suites and emergency service departments, inpatient rooms, critical care units, clinical offices, outpatient treatment and specialty service rooms.
Vice President of Industrial
With a Six Sigma Black Belt and SQF certification, Dan brings the best of construction practices to food processing, industrial, and major manufacturing clients.

From tenant build-outs to big box roll-outs, Ann delivers consistent quality for retailers around the United States.
Project Executive Southeast Region
As Project Executive for Rockford’s Southeast Regional Office, Eric is responsible for business development, fostering client and subcontractor relationships, and supporting Rockford's growing footprint in the region.
